Valentine's Day event has been released, talk to [Buffy] at Esia City to know more about event
We've optimized the client-server communication to improve game latency and performance

Hunter:
- Default quiver's projectil stack amount has been increased from 1000 to 2000
- Quiver's projectile stack amount formula has been increased from 0.1 to 0.2
Dev: This change will duplicate the current max amount of projectile stack in your quiver, so if you currently can stack up to 6000, in this new update you will be able to stack up to 12,000. - We've increased the amount of [Basic Arrow] reward of "Tutorial of Vicania"'s quest
